Lilly brings over a decade of experience in the private credit market, having held senior leadership roles across lending, fund operations, investor relations, and played a pivotal role in scaling a business from its early stages into its evolution into a leading non-bank lender. She offers a wealth of knowledge in fund management, lending operations, and regulatory compliance and governance.

 

At BlackBriar, Lilly leads the lending function - shaping credit strategy, setting risk parameters, with the objective to improve operational performance and deliver fast outcomes by developing processes and strategies to enhance department efficiency, while mitigating risk and overseeing the execution of each facility. Her expertise lies in fund management, with a deep understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle, navigating complex borrower needs while maintaining disciplined risk oversight and operational controls, and adhering to AML/CTF requirements.

 

Known for her commercial judgement and direct, solutions-focused approach, Lilly ensures BlackBriar remains fast, reliable, and aligned to investor and borrower outcomes alike.

Nick draws on over 15 years of experience across financial services, investment operations, and high-trust environments to lead BlackBriar’s investor engagement and operational strategy.

 

With a background in managing complex systems and client-facing teams, he focuses on making the investment process clear, secure, and dependable. Nick prides himself on high-touch service, providing hands-on support at every stage of an investment lifecycle, ensuring continuity and accountability, understanding that true value comes from the relationships built, not just the services we provide.

 

Nick's expertise and focus on service excellence to our sophisticated investors is what sets him apart, fostering trust and long-lasting partnerships, while overseeing capital flow and maintaining robust compliance and governance oversight.
